About me...

Hi, Im Claire Caine, thanks for reading!

Back in 2006, I had a very stressful job, and attended Hatha Yoga classes several times a week. The subtle yet noticeable changes that I discovered were to be the start of my fascination with this beautiful practice.

In 2012, I was pregnant with my first child. I embarked on a pregnancy yoga journey with Tara Lee. My practice became my daily routine and I truly believe my pregnancy was so much easier because I learned techniques to help the varying pregnancy symptoms, aches and pains.

In 2013 my fascination of Yoga deepened when I decided to take the plunge and learn how to teach Hatha Yoga, and got my RYT200 hour qualification with Yoga Alliance US. Then in 2016 Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga. In 2023 my chair yoga qualification was achieved.

My style of teaching is relaxed and fun, and aim to have students feeling relaxed, calm and happy when they leave my class!
